QA Engineer – AI-Assisted Automation

Job Description:

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript and Playwright to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our SaaS products — Magazine Manager and Marketing Manager.

This is a modern QA role combining automation testing, AI-assisted development, and agentic workflows. You will design and execute automated tests using Playwright, identify and troubleshoot issues, and leverage AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code to accelerate testing, debugging, minor fixes, and application audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright and JavaScript.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing of web-based SaaS applications.
• Create effective test scenarios covering critical workflows, edge cases, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects throughout the bug lifecycle.
• Use AI coding assistants for test creation, debugging, exploratory testing, and minor code fixes.
• Leverage AI agents to investigate test failures, analyze root causes, suggest fixes, and execute routine QA workflows.
• Use AI-powered workflows and slash commands for accessibility, performance, security, and code-quality audits.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify edge cases, troubleshoot issues, and validate fixes.
• Perform API testing using REST APIs and Postman.
• Continuously improve test automation coverage, QA processes, and AI-assisted testing workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and agentic approaches to improve QA efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on QA/testing experience, preferably with web-based applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and Playwright is mandatory.
• Good understanding of automation frameworks, test design, and test execution.
• Strong understanding of QA fundamentals, including test planning, defect lifecycle, regression testing, and exploratory testing.
• Experience with REST APIs and Postman.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools for test generation, debugging, code exploration, and minor fixes.
• Exposure to AI agents and agentic workflows for investigation, automation, and remediation.
• Experience working with Git/version control systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience creating custom Playwright automation frameworks or reusable test utilities.
• Experience with custom slash commands, agent skills, or AI-powered QA workflows.
• Exposure to accessibility testing tools such as Lighthouse, Axe, or similar.
• Experience with performance and security testing/audit tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
• Experience working in a SaaS, Agile, or product-based environment.
• Experience using AI agents to automate multi-step testing and debugging workflows.

AI Prompt Engineer – Full Stack Development

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer – AI Prompt Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in GraphQL and Prisma ORM and practical experience using AI-powered coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Kiro, and similar tools.

The ideal candidate will combine full-stack development expertise, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted coding to build, enhance, debug, and optimize modern web applications. You will work in a design-led development environment where Markdown-based playbooks, architecture guidelines, component standards, and UI/UX conventions guide the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance scalable full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, GraphQL, and Prisma ORM.
• Design and implement GraphQL APIs, queries, mutations, schemas, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain database models, relationships, queries, and migrations using Prisma ORM.
• Leverage AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Kiro, and similar tools to accelerate development.
• Create, test, and refine AI prompts to generate accurate, maintainable, and context-aware code.
• Use AI-assisted development for feature implementation, debugging, refactoring, optimization, and code reviews.
• Interpret Markdown-based architecture and design documentation and translate requirements into production-ready applications.
• Follow established standards for API architecture, reusable components, database design, coding patterns, and UI/UX implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues using AI-assisted debugging and conventional development practices.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and business teams to deliver reliable product features.
• Contribute to improving AI-assisted development workflows, prompts, documentation, and coding standards.
• Ensure AI-generated code is secure, efficient, scalable, testable, and maintainable.

• Experience using AI tools for development, debugging, refactoring, testing, and optimization.

Preferred Skills:
